Peter Reifenstein

Research Summary

I am a second-year undergraduate studying Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and helping Beth Rowan with her research on genes that impact recombination pathways in multiple varieties of lettuce. I'm looking forward to gaining some experience in a lab and getting to apply a lot of concepts I've learned in the classroom. In my free time, I like playing sports, designing card games, and spending time with animals.
