Megan Reeves

As a Junior Specialist, I lead the transformation and tissue culture initiative for our lab, carrying out and maintaining every Agrobacterium-mediated transformation required for our researchers’ projects. I also prepare our amplicon sequencing libraries for CRISPR-cas9 designed experiments. In addition, I assist our graduate students with procedures whenever I have free time. I have learned a variety of skills and biological phenomena in the Michelmore lab and I continue to learn every day!
